One in Four provides programmes to help adults who have experienced childhood sexual abuse, their families and those who have engaged in sexually harmful behaviour. One in Four works in all aspects of sexual violence in an effort to break the cycle of abuse.
One in Four provides a safe place for people to explore the impact childhood sexual abuse has had on their lives. Working to end the trauma of childhood sexual abuse is at the heart of everything the organisation does.
One in Four also actively engages with policy makers at every level to ensure that legislation and processes that have an impact on our clients are sensitive to their needs, and regularly engages in public discourse regarding the prevalence and effects of child sexual abuse.

Psychotherapists (Full-time, Part-time and Sessional)
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Psychotherapist to join the team working across both the survivor and prevention programmes. The successful candidate will provide long-term depth psychotherapy, and more targeted and structured counselling interventions to survivors. They will also provide individual and group therapeutic risk management interventions to those who have committed sexual offences against children and co-facilitate psycho-educational support groups to family members impacted by sexual abuse. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
- Commitment to providing the highest standards of service that can evolve to meet our clients’ needs.
- Personal resilience and flexibility to successfully engage with a diverse range of service users.
- Strong emotional intelligence, listening and communication skills and the ability to work as a team player.
- Experience working in the area of trauma and a commitment to implement evidence-based approaches towards clients.
- An ability to foster strong working relationships with external agencies, stakeholders and organisations

Advocacy Case Managers (Full-time and Part-time)
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Advocacy Case Manager to provides specialist support to adult survivors of child sexual abuse. The Case Manager will be responsible for delivering direct client work through contact and case work with the people who access the service. This includes in-depth one-to-one work with individuals. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
- An in-depth knowledge of working with trauma, and the needs of One in Four’s clients.
- A commitment to continuous learning, and a creative approach to problem solving.
- A clear understanding of the legal processes, including court procedures.
- The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with a range of health, social service agencies and other external stakeholders.

Training Coordinator (Part-time)
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Coordinator to design, manage, and promote evidence-based training programmes that expand our impact while generating new revenue streams. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in the design and management of training programmes, preferably in the non-profit/social services sector
- A strong understanding of child sexual abuse, trauma and issues surrounding child sexual abuse.
- Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills to successfully engage diverse audiences and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- An understanding of CRM and data management tools to effectively monitor and report training outcomes.
