Mountains of Change

Mountains of Change is back for a second year and we are inviting you to take on the challenge of hiking a mountain on Sunday 24th May 2026 in solidarity with survivors of child sexual abuse and to fund our vital support services.

You can take on a solo hike, join a hiking group, or create your own group hike.

One in Four supports adult survivors of child sexual abuse through our high quality legal and mental health care services. Through our counselling, advocacy and family support services, we help survivors to be healed and heard following their experience of sexual abuse. With your support, we can continue to support survivors of sexual abuse and ensure our door is always open.
