Deirdre Kenny
CEO
Deirdre joined One in Four in 2006 as an advocate, supporting thousands of survivors through legal processes. Since becoming CEO in 2024, she has led the organisation’s growing team strategically, focused on ending child sexual abuse in Ireland.
Dr. Julie Brown
Clinical Director & Deputy CEO
Julie brings over two decades of experience in sexual violence and trauma as a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor. As Clinical Director and Deputy CEO, she leads the therapy team and the delivery of individual and group therapy.
Deirdre Mackay
Head of Finance
Deirdre is a fellow member of Accounting Technicians Ireland and brings more than 30 years’ experience in financial services. She joined One in Four over 16 years ago and now leads on finance, compliance, governance, and day‑to‑day operations.
Naomi Gould
Services Director of Advocacy
Naomi began at One in Four in 2014 as an advocacy case manager. Now serving as Director, she leads an expanding team that guides survivors through the justice system.
