Therapeutic Support

We offer a range of therapeutic options, from individual therapy and group programmes to neurofeedback, each provided by experienced professionals.

Our Therapeutic Services

One in Four provides a range of therapeutic supports for adult survivors of child sexual abuse. Our therapists are extensively trained and bring specialised experience in trauma‑focused work.

Individual Therapy

You’ll meet individually with a trained psychotherapist in a private, confidential space. Sessions typically run for 50 minutes each week, and the duration of the work depends on your specific needs.

Group Therapy

In our small, guided groups, participants can connect with others who have similar experiences in a supportive environment. Groups follow a curated format and typically run for 10–16 weeks.

Neurofeedback Therapy

A gentle, non‑invasive approach that supports the nervous system after trauma. Many people find neurofeedback helpful for easing anxiety, improving sleep, or supporting focus. Sessions are comfortable and guided by trained practitioners. You’re welcome to use neurofeedback as a standalone service or alongside your therapy.

Crisis Support

If you are in acute distress, we can provide short-term crisis support to help stabilise and ground you before beginning longer-term therapeutic work.

What to Expect

Therapy begins with an assessment to understand your needs and what feels right for you. Your therapist will collaborate with you to shape a plan.
