Taking the first step
In Ireland, child sexual abuse affects one in four people before their 18th birthday. If you experienced abuse as a child, you deserve to be heard. We at One in Four will listen to and guide you whenever you’re ready to take that first step.
What Happens When You Contact Us
Your first call or email to One in Four will be answered by one of our reception team, typically Geraldine or Anne Marie. Both are skilled in responding to sensitive inquiries with calm, respectful support.

Confidentiality
Anything you share with One in Four is treated with the utmost confidentiality. We won’t share what you tell us without your direct consent, except in the rare event of a serious risk to you or a child.
